Tarsus University Human Resources Management programme students discussed an important issue of the business world in the seminar on ‘Corporate Culture and Corporate Value Life’ held on 29 November 2024. Bahri Önal, an expert in his field, attended the seminar as a speaker. The moderator of the event was Dr. Faculty Member Fatma Zehra Yıldız, head of the department.

During the seminar, Bahri Önal explained in detail the corporate culture and corporate value life, which are critical for the sustainable success of companies. Emphasising the importance of corporate values, Önal shared concrete examples of how they can be integrated into the daily life of the company.

At the end of the event, students had the advantage of gaining both theoretical and practical knowledge. The intense interest and active participation of the students ensured that the seminar took place in a productive interaction environment.
