The seminar on ‘Types of Employment in Public Sector’ for the students of Human Resources Management Programme was held with the participation of Mr. Turhan Neşat Kara, Head of Personnel Department of Tarsus University. The event was moderated by Ali Arpacıoğlu, one of the lecturers of the Human Resources Management Programme.

In the seminar, important issues such as different types of employment in the public sector, personnel recruitment processes and the rights of public employees were discussed. Students gained valuable information about professionals working in the public sector.

This seminar, which we organised as Tarsus University Vocational School Human Resources Management Programme, enabled our students to have more in-depth knowledge about the public sector. The students who participated in the event were given the opportunity to meet an expert in their field and ask their questions directly.
