The Management and Organization Department organized a technical visit to Arbella Pasta to enable students to get to know the private sector closely and reinforce their professional knowledge. The visit was accompanied by faculty members Nurhayat Yavuz and Ahmet Koluman.

As part of the event, students first attended a presentation by Arbella Human Resources Manager Osman AKÇA. This presentation provided detailed information about Arbella's activities, its position in the food industry, and its human resources processes. This interactive session, during which students' questions were answered, provided participants with valuable knowledge.

Following the presentation, the production site was toured. Students examined the work and processes carried out on-site, gaining detailed insights into operational activities.
