A Proud Webinar with Our First Graduate, Onur Cevher Özbek: “Human Resources Through the Eyes of the Industry”

Our Human Resources Management program students continue to meet with industry professionals. Onur Cevher Özbek, one of the first graduates of our Human Resources Management program, who currently works as a Human Resources Management Staff Member at Berdan Glass Industry and Trade Inc., met with our students as part of the “Human Resources Through Industry Eyes” webinar. During the online event, Özbek shared his valuable experiences on HR processes in the industrial sector, hiring trends, and the competencies expected from new graduates. The session, which drew significant interest from our students, featured an interactive Q&A session on the practical application of theoretical knowledge in the business world and career planning strategies.
