As the Department of Management and Organisation, we continue our studies with the mission of educating well-equipped individuals to meet the needs of the dynamic and rapidly changing business world. The Human Resources Management and Logistics programmes within our department aim to develop both theoretical and practical knowledge of our students by offering the opportunity to specialise in their own fields.

The Human Resources Management Programme trains future professional human resources managers based on the effective management of the human factor, one of the most important resources of our age. In our programme, we provide our students with modern human resources management techniques with a broad perspective from current human resources management, measurement and evaluation in human resources to employee relations.

The Logistics Programme aims to train professionals who can effectively and efficiently manage logistics processes, which are becoming increasingly important in a globalising world. We offer our students a solid foundation in critical areas such as contemporary logistics practices, industry 4.0 applications in logistics, international transport, warehousing and distribution systems.
Our department focuses on developing not only the professional knowledge and skills of our students, but also their personal competences such as analytical thinking, problem solving and communication with an innovative and student-oriented education approach. Our academic staff consists of expert and experienced lecturers and staff members in their fields and provides one-to-one support to the needs of our students.
